WE WISH YOU TO HAVE A COMFORTABLE AND PLEASANT STAY. IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE SMOOTH OPERATION OF THE PROPERTY, IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS OUR GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS.
1. Reservation and Payment
The reservation must be made by an adult. When submitting a reservation, the person has to provide an active email address and authorizes us to use it for the purposes of notification and verification in connection with the reservation. If you are not reachable or have provided an incorrect or invalid email address, we reserve the right to cancel this type of reservation.
A valid credit card or otherwise specified payment option (i.e. PayPal) must be presented to guarantee the reservation.
If the payment details submitted are incorrect or cannot be charged for other reasons, we have the right to cancel the reservation. If the reservation includes valid contact information, we will notify you and ask for new payment details.
Upon departure, we will charge you for the unsettled costs incurred during your stay. Payment at the property is possible by cash (EUR) only.
In case you do not settle outstanding costs upon check-out, we will consider the provided credit card or payment information and agreement to the general terms and conditions as consent to charge the credit card/payment method with the outstanding costs.
2. Check-In

It is important that we have a reliable time for your arrival.
Please send us an email or WhatsApp, with your expected time of arrival.
IF YOU ARRIVE LATER THAN 20:00, YOU MUST INFORM US IN ADVANCE!
3. Check-Out
UNTIL 10:00
If you need a late check-out, please contact us and we can try to arrange something depending on availability.
4. Breakfast
BREAKFAST HOURS ARE FROM 8:00 TO 10:00
If you wish to have breakfast, you can inform us via pre-checkin and also book at the property.
Please let us know, if and when you would like breakfast, THE NIGHT BEFORE. Breakfast is prepared to order and is not a buffet.
PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS OR INTOLERANCES IN ADVANCE
We will also try to accommodate your preferences or non-preferences, if we are informed ahead of time.
5. Smoking
WE ARE A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY!
SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR CAVE IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES!
We can arrange a designated OUTDOOR smoking area on request.
6. Respect and consideration towards other guests and us
Please be mindful towards our house and furniture.
Dress appropriately around other guests an do not use inappropriate language or make undue noise, that would disturb others.
Voices, television and other devices should be kept at a respectfull level at all times.
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 22:30 to 06:30
Please turn off lights, tv and AC/Heating, when you are not in your room.
Lock your door, when not in your room and make sure our front door is closed at all times.
Rude, disruptive, and/or illegal conduct of any form is not condoned on our property at any time.
Possession of and use of illegal drugs and overconsumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted on our property.
7. Damages / Losses
GUESTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY THEY MAY CAUSE OR INCUR AT THE PROPERTY.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR LOSSES WITHIN THE PREMISES.
PLEASE LOCK YOUR ROOM AND THE FRONT DOOR.
IF YOU LOSE ANY KEYS PLEASE INFORM US IMMEDIATELY AND REIMBURSE FOR REPLACEMENT.
We reserve the right to charge your on-file credit card or payment method, for any damages or loss of property (to include missing towels, robes, damage to outside property, appliances, etc.) that may occur due to your actions or lack of actions during your stay.
